You may only use The Service to scan domains, networks, or applications that you own, operate, or have explicit, legally documented authorization to audit. Unauthorized scanning of third-party infrastructure is strictly prohibited and may violate computer misuse laws (e.g., the CFAA in the United States, or the CMA in the UK). We reserve the right to report unauthorized scanning activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

VectroScan assumes no liability for any subsequent hacking, data breaches, or security incidents that occur on domains audited by our Service, regardless of the score or advice provided in our reports.
The Service, particularly during the "Public Beta" phase, is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless VectroScan and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms, particularly regarding the unauthorized scanning of third-party domains.
To provide our cognitive security analysis, VectroScan integrates with third-party Artificial Intelligence APIs (specifically Google Gemini). By using our service, you acknowledge that:

You have full control over your audit history. You may delete individual scan reports or wipe your entire audit history permanently via your Account Settings Dashboard. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. Audit logs containing IP addresses used for abuse prevention are retained securely for a limited period before being cycled.
We use strictly necessary cookies (such as JWT tokens) to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party invasive tracking pixels or marketing cookies that follow you across the internet.
